The two warmest candles we make, both about fire. One is a fire lit in a stone hut in the hills after a wet day. The other is oak being toasted in a cooper’s yard down by the docks at Leith.

Bothy is peat smoke, Scots pine and smoky black tea, the boldest thing in our range and the candle for a very large room. Cask is toasted oak, dried fig, malt and tonka, round and warm without being sweet.

Both come in peat, an iron-brown glaze with dark speckle and a raw stoneware foot.
